Dr. Deirdre Horneck
Dr. Deirdre Horneck is a TCD graduate of 1991 and a graduate of the Dublin Vocational Training Scheme for General Practitioners of 1995. She has been working as a general practitioner since then in her own practice in Ballymun. She has also worked in the U.K. for 2 years. She has also trained in aesthetic medicine and has been working in this field since 2004.

Dr. Emma Travers
Dr Emma Travers studied medicine in the University of Limerick, completing her degree in 2015. She worked for two years in the Mater hospital before starting GP training in 2017 on the North Dublin Training Scheme, completing her training in 2021. She has worked in practices in North Dublin and with Safetynet Primary Care Services. Dr Emma has a variety of different clinical interests including Womens Health, Paediatrics and Addiction. She has advanced certification in long acting contraception (LARC) from the ICGP as well as certification in addiction management and is a level two opioid substitution treatment (OST) prescriber.

Pat Martin(Practice Nurse)
Patricia Martin graduated in 1996 with a Diploma Higher Education in Nursing from South Bank University, London. She has been working as a Practice Nurse since 2000. She joined the Practice in 2005. She has a Diploma in diabetes and is registered with the National Cervical Check Programme.

Donna Speer(Practice Nurse)
Donna graduated from Beaumont hospital in 2004 with a Higher Diploma in General Nursing. She worked there for a year after qualifying before going on to study for a Post Graduate Diploma in Midwifery in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda. She worked as a Senior Staff Midwife for 14 years. She joined Ballymun Family Practice in September 2019 as a Practice Nurse. She is registered with the National Cervical Screening Service.
